Trauma strategies should go beyond behaviors. Research has shown that traumatic experiences alter the brain and can affect people socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and relationally. A significant number of people experience trauma and the effects can be profound. This group assists with coping, relating and living with PTSD and family members with PTSD.
