We are a composite of others. As we emulate those around us, we put on masks. Masks can be negative and considered a way of hiding our true selves. In fact, there are bad masks and good masks. The choice of the mask we wear is ours. We find ourselves playing a part, but is the part playing you? Jeremy Painter explains the importance of choosing the right mask.
