It is okay to admit we need help. King David, while in a dark, cold cave and while being pursued by Saul, became discouraged and desperate. He needed help. He sought people to help but could not find anyone.

People, though they can mean well, may not be available or able to help. God is a very present help when we need Him. Bishop Hargrove encourages us to develop our relationship with God in specific ways while admitting, “I Need Help.”
