Lord,

Thank You for the freedom You won for us at the cross. Don’t let us waste it on ease or entitlement. Instead, shape us into disciplined disciples who run with intention. May we willingly set aside our rights so that others might know You. May we run this race with self-control, pressing on with our eyes fixed on the crown that lasts forever. – 1 Corinthians 9:24–27
